[Claude Castonguay]

 From what i hear, the mechanical rights management society here  
(SODRAC) has been approached for negociations by the big ISP  
providers and wireless phone companies that are really gearing up to  
offer tv shows and music on their cell phones on a very large scale.  
But i think there is sort of an arm wrestling match going on between  
the producers of the shows/music and SODRAC regarding who is entitled  
to collect and distribute the monies.

This is what i understand, i have to say that i'm not as well versed  
as i would like in these matters.
