Hi Chris,
In your Library will the composer own the copyright?
If so;
How will the folks in the USA who want to license the music get
permission from the copyright owner?
More to the point, how would this work overseas?
I'd also like to know what language can be added to a contract to
protect the composers right[s] in the future... downloads etc.......
and what process will be used in the future to check and see all
'future' payments are made?
I ask, because I have yet to see such language..
