Hi Chris,

PLEASE be very careful of the language you use.

The sad part of watching debates rise and fall on this list is to see 
how little composers seem to be aware of what happens overseas.
E.G.  Most of the mainland EU societies pay all same use music on TV at 
the same rate [except jingles].
In the UK ALL music is paid at 1-1 24/7.
A promo is paid the same as a song.

I urge you all to come to terms with the fact the PRO deal[s] 'we' have 
here in the US SUCK and yet it would appear folks just don't get it.
