Hmmmmmm   I would say if the price for doing the job is X, unless the 
contract is in stone and already agreed to**, tell them you wrote the 
music for the movie.

Any extra use of the same music CAN and MAY be had for another sync fee 
but under your control......... per country/langauge etc.

Unless they give you BIG bucks... keep the publishing... remember those 
broadcast mechanicals in the EU....... 25-33% to the publisher 'on top 
of' !!
