Been asked many times before on this list;
1  Should 'score be paid the commercial rate also when used with 
product placement [be careful !]
In other words paid twice?
2  What happens if a green screen is used and the product in the 
'product placement' changes product overseas with your music under it?  
I.E new mechandizing
