and they aren't ......

and as far as composers getting paid a lot up front it depends on who  
your working for some houses pay very fair quite substantial payment  
and many other screw the composer over ...... AMP has nothing to do  
this ... think of AMP as a union of gaggle house owners ........  
nothing to do with what composers get or deals between agencies and  
houses ... more like an "elks club" gathering
