Good stuff Louis........... yes it is the exact same scenario as
publishers not wanting to provide composers with mechanical rights.
Very few want to have to account and pay.
This really should be a red flag for everyone.............. as you say
'..the people writing the checks'........ they know how product will be
delivered in the not too distant future and it will be very easy for
them to dismiss any 'rights' claims........ my oh my, haven't our reps
done well :-(
I'll ask the MU in the UK what their position is given the EU and all
that [b/s].
WAKE UP........... the coffee in Bucharest is bitter !
