Maybe this was another ballot........... I'm referring to the document 
of 9 impending changes, of which one was a vote to insure the heirs of 
the deceased 'estates' maintained the same number of votes per person.
Thought it was all lumped together.

What does the PHO list say about ASCAP position on voting?
Do the PHO lawyers find it healthy?

Bear in mind an ASCAP member who might have $1M in overseas income is 
not allowed to vote if there was no domestic income............ global
