[Fmpro] Gear Grief?

I just sold my trusty Korg Triton. It was the first thing I bought after I
landed my first "real" composing job. It used to be the center of my studio.
Since then, I've done some massive upgrades, and I haven't really used it
other than as a controller in years.

I miss her. I have a knot in the pit of my stomach, like tomorrow I'm going
to get a call from Steven Spielberg and he's gonna say, "kid, you've got one
shot. I need that super Triton sound. Johnny can't hack it. Can you do it?"
And I'll have to say no, because I sold my baby for a mere $700.

Has any one else ever grieved a piece of equipment?
