I have been thinking lately, Who was the PRO person
that championed
collections on ringtone downloads? An acquaintance who
had a moderately
single in the early 90's gave me his last BMI
statement. The statement
was quite enlightening for many reasons.

but one thing I noticed, the couple of cents collected
for ring tones and I started to think about the huge
amount of BS I've heard over the course of numerous
seminars ect... about the riches of ringtones.

If only the person that set BMI or ASCAP in the
direction of ringtones
could be persuaded to take up the TV & Film internet
viewing issue!!! 
And 'moble-casting' while were at it as well!!! 

I'm too worked up right now to type put a rant.
