Les,

My library will pay no upfront money, but it will also not own your music.
You will be free to use that music wherever you want, even in other
libraries (non-exclusively.)  As a composer you will receive all of your
writer's share, half of the publishing, and half of the mechanicals.  There
will be a clause that states you will receive half of ANY money earned on
your music, ensuring that you will profit from all future uses of your
music.
