another point to keep in mind is to retain ALL servicing rights on
future productions utilizing your theme ( new versions, adaptations,
relyricing etc. )
Also , I always found that annual licenses with the client and agency
was a lot cleaner deal that jumping through all the hoops ASCAP
requires ,and in the end ,you make more money.
$100 K for a bad drum solo ? wow!! :)
