You have a wonderful 'weapon' for your questions to your new rep.

He used 'the future' on his website............ 'does he know who/how 
etc composers are to be paid via streams/downloads'?

If not........ then he is as ignorant of the future $$'s in the music 
biz as the rest of them.... but willing to use it !
