It's all about security and who to blame.

If a 'credited' composer is hired and turns in a 'bad' score the person 
who did the hiring can claim they did so based on track record.
Equally, 'true tried and tested' guys deliver..... the biz runs on 
security [peace of mind] at all levels.

I agree, the same old b/s music is getting to be a bore..............  
will the new BOND movie have a NEW score........ I doubt it ;-)  ]
