Given, as far as I know;

Watermarking of music has been available for about 10 years;
Given the Internet/broadband has been around for about 10 years;
Given discussions about Streaming and Downloads have taken place for 
about 10 years;
Given there is no income from these sources for 'instrumental 
composers', that I know of;

Who should be held accountable for the mess we find ourselves in?
Composers or the PRO Board Members and staff [down to the junior VP 
level] who have failed to secure any due income for 'us' on a global 
basis from the distribution of product in the new market?

Salaries continued to be paid [with benefits] royalties continue to 
simply vanish.... but only for composers !

Who should be made to 'pay'?
Who should be fired?
Who should not be re-elected?

Let's not forget the performers right which doesn't reside in the new 
MO either !

Is silence still going to rule?

How do you know your product has been downloaded?
How do you know you should be paid?
