Hi Les,
I too would like some clarification on this issue. I was pondering
this issue this morning. In particular wondering about sync licences
re: library music. Who collects that fee, your library, or you, or
some combination thereof?
Re: your question of "national" tv vs "local" tv. The Internet and
satellite TV (Direct TV in the US) has pretty much made a mockery of
those terms. I am astonished that VISA can verify a sale anywhere in
the world within 20 (?) seconds and the PRO's take as long as two years
to make payment for something that airs in a "foreign" country.
