When John Hutchinson took over as CEO of PRS in the UK he went round
the world attempting to get this very 'instant' transfer of money
accomplished [as he had been involved with VISA and knew it could be
done]...... you have to ask yourself which suits didn't want
it........... and more to the point which one's 'threatened' him !!
