I have a sim situation.  I get paid for music on a US originated kids  
show from Canada etc via PRS, never seen any money from ASCAP.

Surely your song would have to be paid in the USA as a feature  
performance OR are shows like Rosie and Oprah etc considered NEWS?

Why would expect staff to actually know, never mind do anything?
