[Fmpro] entitlement to pay?

The statement below is the most unprofessional remark I've ever read on 
this BBS

If these people aren't "entitled" to equal pay for their work, why 
should anyone pay you a fair amount to write it ?

If you expect to make a living in music, you'd be well advised to 
adjust your attitude towards your co-workers ,
