[Fmpro] Unions

Mike thinks it is good that unions threaten their own 
members.  I disagee.  I worked in Germany for many
years where I was a member of the D.O.V., Deutsche
Orchester Vereinigung.  Membership is totally
voluntary, as I believe it should be here.  My biggest
problem with unions is their coercive nature.

Second, sure the biz is rough and tumble.  That's life in the big city no matter what your business.  If it is
too much to handle maybe one needs a therapist or a different sort of job.
