[Fmpro] CBS Sunday Morning

[Les Hurdle]

Surely, not only is there the issue of Mr Harrison being compensated 
for a work he composed, but how about the performer?

Who is monitoring YOUTUBE, the license money paid out to CBS et al and 
ho ho, money paid to composers etc?

No one has answered yet........... what is YOUTUBE [YT] a download, 
stream, what?

Who is responsible for gathering data in order to compensate composers 
and performers?

Where is the OFT etc
