[Fmpro] Not getting FMPRO email

This is not good news for most people, it basically means that if
you're already lucky enough to get the prime-time gigs then you just
got a lot luckyer and if...well you know the rest!
This combined with upfront fee decreases makes for a pretty bleek
future for 90 % of composers/songwriters and this, even if you
usually try to keep a positive view on the business you're in.
