[Fmpro] Not getting FMPRO email - New British Royalty

It's the same amount of money paid out, only it's just
being distributed differently. Since we both do
library music, I'm pretty confident that our music
will be pretty much evenly distributed throughout the
day and night programs. Unless there is something
about UK TV that I'm not aware of.
According to Mark's article, the reason they are doing
this is because there is music (audio-only) being
played overnight during non-programing hours. They
feel this music doesn't deserve the same rate as music
playing during programs (the stuff we do). Assuming
they aren't playing library music in these non-program
hours, I would think we might even see an increase in
royalties since less is being paid to this
overnight-non-program-music.
