they use the word VALUE... a whole different deal.

Dear Composer

The PRS board are proposing to slash broadcast
royalites by
50% for any music broadcast between midnight and 6pm.
Composers whose work is used between 6pm and Midnight
will
be rewarded with double royalties. We believe this is
incredibly unfair and will seriously harm the income
of the
vast majority of composers and publishers.

If you feel strongly about this issue and are
concerned that
your income will be affected (it almost certainly
will) a
website has been set up that allows you to voice your
concern and let the board of PRS know how the majority
of
members feel about these proposals.
