I agree Claude, dropping from 100% to 3% is way too
drastic. Giving shows from 6pm to Midnight double
scale seems fairer, although that may be too drastic
as well.

What would seem fair to me is to go by an average
viewing audience. If twice as may people are generally
watching from 6pm to Midnight, perhaps the new UK rate
is justified.
