Ha....... Pete,
You missed the eloquence of Mr Flicks satire !!
Here's the bottom line.
If PRO's negotiated based solely on audience, paid
solely on revenue for 'that show/that period of the
day' etc [Like, Per Prog Lic.], actually did the job
and tracked ALL performances, then paid all
performances.
Then yes, by all means differentiate, but since they
can't do the job properly.... none of them....... and
the real goal is to make sure money goes to the few.
Then NO.
And YES, you are entitled to your opinion, I just want
you to put on those clear glasses ;-)
