[Fmpro] PLease do not ignore

I just posted to the site to express my views (again) as I did when PRS
called me and asked how I felt about it. What astonishes me is that there
are only thirty signatures on the petition.

If any of you are PRS members, or other PRO members that have or will have
music aired in the PRS domain, I strongly urge you to send your comments to
the link Les has provided and sign this petition. This is due to kick in
around July. Once it starts, it will probably be impossible or extremely
difficult to reverse. We were successful in stopping ASCAP from putting a
cap on CPA here in the US a few years ago. With enough signatures, the same
may hold true for the UK. Without them, daytime, overnight and weekend
composers are not going to do so well.

James
