I didn't sign originally because I'm not a member, and didn't want to 
misrepresent and hurt the validity of the petition.  I do care, and this 
does concern me for the future (of the industry in general and my own 
career).  I'll revisit the link, though, and see if I can explain that 
properly enough in the comments.
