[Fmpro] PLease do not ignore

Can't think of any good reason why not, unless you are not a member of any
PRO and have nothing on the air in any country.  Then I wouldn't.  But if
you do have music airing, can you be absolutely sure it won't show up in the
UK?  If there is even the smallest chance that it will, sign the petition.
