[Fmpro] PLease do not ignore

I'm talking UK. Although CNBC's main broadcast center is in the USA, they
also broadcast out of the UK for Europe, Singapore for Asia, and a bunch of
other places worldwide. PRS is collecting for me in all but the USA. That
is my money we're talking about, but what is the 505 you mention?

I received this email from PRS:

"Music on TV - Changes to PRS distribution policy from July

From July, we¹re changing the way our TV distribution policy works.
We are introducing a new prime-time weighting for broadcasts of
music on TV between the hours of 1800 and 2359. The per minute
cash value of your music on TV has been falling over the last few years
due to increased music usage. This new policy is being phased in over
the next three years to prevent the overall value of your music falling
further.²

Not sure how they figure they¹re preventing the overall value of my music
from falling. They¹re in fact precipitating the fall.

James
