[Fmpro] Prime movers PLease do not ignore

The real problem Pete is that most CEO's wouldn't know
where to lick the stamp, or even if the stamp required
licking at all !

There is a very crude joke about bodily functions,
where all organs of the body claim they are the prime
' overs'.

The butt closes and wins the day.

In our little world of global vastness, it is not the
PRO CEO, the 'BEST' composer/songwriter or the 3.00am
chord guy who choses what to air.
At the end of the day it is the public who decide what
to watch.

A very interesting war is going on right now;
Dancing with the stars
American idol
House

Sim time slots, very different music......... which is
worth more?

Most folks I know are sick to death of reality shows
so don't watch 'Idol' and those same folks aren't
dancers, so quite a large number either have dinner
during this 'prime' slot or watch 'House'... yet House
has a few songs creeping into it.

The real bottom line surely is this.

>>IF<< [as many have heard] HOYT maintains he pays at
1-1 in the USA, and so far PRS has failed misrebaly to
provide any data re the new proposed changes........
then who [staff that is] has the right to judge the
value of another?

The EU will shed some intersting light in the next few
years when PRO's will be forced to compete for
members......... heads will roll, and with luck we
might see a chain reaction over here.
