[Fmpro] ASCAP promo checklist?

The "checklist" represents ASCAP requirements applied to no other type of
performances in order to get paid, and includes things like:

* The first line of spoken dialogue in the promo
* A copy of your composer contract for the promo

And yes! Cue sheets can definitely be filed for commercials.

Probably your best option is to keep calling the ASCAP Ad & Promo department
until you find someone who cares enough to actually do their job and send
you the info.  I'd also email Doug Wood daw at procomposers.org and he may be
able to help you... When an ASCAP board member calls, I suspect they get far
better treatment from the member services department than you did.
