Les:
what I meant by that was that since ( as a long suffering member of
ASScap, ) they collect foriegn royalties as well as domestic ones
supposedly on my behalf, it seems as though if anything affects the
royalty rate in Britian, it will show up in what is collected for me in
the foreign Royalty payments ( which in general in my case, FAR exceed
my domestic ones ) I don't know this, I just feel it might be the case
..so I signed the petition.
Also: someone mentioned unions: I would like to state that due to many
years of grinding out radio /TV music, my AFM pension payments pay me
approximately 18K p/y ..a stable figure that I can rely upon.
OTOH: ASScap payments are quite spotty , varying between 5K > 12K p/y (
and usually as I said, depending on my Foreign income )
