...and what I wanna know, if somebody is collecting those fees 
(SoundExchange), where are the going and what the hell will I have to do 
to get my share?

ASCAP has certainly shown me *nothing* that indicates I'll ever see a 
single dime for anything played/downloaded over the internet. Where does 
this "collected" money end up?
