[Fmpro] Nielson Reports about Time-shifted shows

It's interesting that they say the Networks want "time shifted" shows
included in their Neilson ratings. Ratings are typically used as a pricing
barometer for networks to charge advertisers. The problem in my view is
that no one I know watches the commercials in time shifted shows. They just
fast forward through them. If that's true across the board, the ratings
should just stay where they are - with only the live broadcasted shows.
