All points well taken.......... but..... how do payments from e.g.  
SACEM '''work''', what is the process?

Will ASCAP help a member figure out what they are entitled to receive  
re Broadcast Mechanicals?

No one that I know wants ASCAP to go away........... 'we' want a  
Board [member] which represents those who voted and staff who have to  
guts to do what is right, not just keep the job.

How about the election data..... where can it be obtained?
