Are mechanicals also split 1/3/ 2/3rds?

How about broadcast mechanicals [BM]?
What % is removed from the gross for BM's?
Are the BM's sent 100% to the publishers?

How about performers right income.......... I do receive some from  
SENA for Brotherhood of Man recordings...... but guess what..... no  
accounts !!!!
