I think it's al 1/3  2/3rds, but I will check it.
Since the BUMA STEMRA takes care of so much things, composers
generally aren't aware of all the exact rules.

There was a big fuzz in Holland  5 or more years ago when the perfromers
rights org. started (you're right , SENA), but I actually never heard from
them since,
don't now why, Musicians which do sessions for me never
bring it up either, so don't know about that.
