How are you folks in the EU able to track your product [compositions]
when it has been downloaded?
E.G. if a tv show or movie is downloaded somewhere on the planet and
it contains your music.... how do you know?
How do you know you should be paid?
How do you know how much you should be paid?

Beware.......... when the PRO's who only deal with the performing
right are somewhat reduced because the delivery of 'product' will be
deemed to be a download and only the mechanical right
remains**.......... what checks and balances are in place in the EU
for you folks to cross check usage and payment?

There is nothing in the USA.... publishers or Harry Fox will have
complete control and you wont even know you are enetitled to any
money at all.

Hence

how do you know your composition has been downloaded?
How do you know you should be paid?
How do you know how much you should be paid?

Perhaps you should cut n paste the 3 lines above and use it with all
emailed correspondence... hopefully to awaken a few composers from
their PRO [everything is ok] slumbers.

** What is the state of HYBRID Rights in the EU at this time.
