Just to be clear.......... while in some PRS terminology the FPV is  
used, it should be noted the better way to clarify the situation is  
as follows;

The decrease in 'value' for NPT distributable payment[s] is around  
20% [less] of the previous flat rate system.

Be careful of semantics.

Nonetheless..... how is anyone going to know via their ASCAP/BMI/ 
SESAC statements?
