[Fmpro] NO one?? PRS changes?

No doubt I will be affected and I''ve kept a copy of your message but at the
moment I don't know what to do about it. Insurance rates are going up and
there's nothing I can do about that. Education costs more and more. Medicine
costs more and more. We're ripe for a social revolution but no one seems to
be able to find the trigger to shoot the overloaded weapon.
