[Fmpro] NO one?? PRS changes?

Plus, when broadcasters deduct money from their ASCAP bill under the
per-program license, where music they direct license gets to be subtracted
from their  ASCAP bill, my understanding is that the deductions are all
equal, they don't get more or less of a deduction because of score or song.
I'm checking on whether their deduction is higher or lower based on the time
of day that the music was broadcast...

Sort of blows up the ASCAP theory that some music is worth more than
others...
