[Fmpro] Unpublished music in cue sheets

Check with ASCAP - last I heard, in regards to this type of situation, one
of them (ASCAP or BMI, not sure) assumes is no publisher is listed that the
writer is the publisher and will pay both halves of the royalty to the
writer automatically. The other, of no publisher is listed, only pays the
writer the writers' share and the publisher's share goes back "into the
pot".
Hey Shawn LeMone with ASCAP - as this is a relatively safe question, perhaps
you could chime in here and clarify ASCAP's treatment of cue sheets where a
writer is listed but no publisher is...
