It's just part of the smoke n mirror act.
There is no will or intent by ASCAP senior.. and junior management to
actually provide accuracy............... {{same for ALL PRO"S}}
As per DW's CD Library survey [good idea. but !]... great for some,
but for most....... zippo, Just a band aid.
