HI John -

Great historical perspective!

On reality though - even if you join a Euro PRO as your "home" or primary
PRO, you have to designate either ASCAP, BMI or SESAC to represent you and
collect your royalties in the USA. Most Euro PROs default to ASCAP if the
member says nothing (how fortunate for ASCAP), but it is the member's
choice...
