This might be the book i found years ago in the catacombs of Marshall University's 
old library (couple floors underground - the dim flourenscent light flickering - the elavator
on its last leg).  If it is, it has got lots of examples (more examples than talk).  Sadly,
i read in the paper, the university did away with a good portion of their books when they
built they're new library - that one probably never made it since i was the only one to
look at it in 40 some years.
