Thanks Mark! Thank you for taking the time to write all that out!  I  
just wanted to let you know that at least one other person on this  
list besides Todd got a lot out of your post.

And thanks, Andrew, for the link to the Glenn Miller book. I'm going  
to check that out too.

Todd, I'm glad you asked your question, because this is something I'm  
new at as well!

OK, now I'll go back to lurking.... 8-)
