MN is correct... guess what, all those EU broadcast mechanicals you
are not being paid now [approx 1/3 of your income] would be paid
automatically to you.
Maybe another reason to consider other affiliations [even if you do
stay with a US PRO for local Perf income] is the mech right in a
download??
Consider this......... allegedly, EU PRO's are going to pay
performing rights via downloads............ how will you know you
are entitled, even if paid via a US PRO, how do you know it would be
correct?
Allegedly there is a hybrid right in place in the EU............
what is it, will your US PRO tell you?
We need new brooms from the top down in the USA.......... shake off
that old musty dust or head East young man.
