[Fmpro] tascam support

Tascam support was not only non-responsive, but they were downright nasty and just said it was my fault for not backing up my nearly terabite of samples before I used the tool in GS3 to "upgrade samples to GS3 format".

Years ago when i was first setting up Gigastudio 2.5, i was having trouble getting it to recognize my old school parallel port Timepiece AV.  I sent several SOS messages to Tascam with diagnostic mode reports attached.  

After a few weeks of troubleshooting (composing 1/2 day and troubleshooting 1/2 day) i figured out that you have to load the updated MTP AV driver before you load the Giga software onto your machine (do it in reverse order, and it won't work).  

That was years ago - i still haven't recieved a responce from Tascam.  

Vienna has got their own gigastudio-like software for pc now i think - i got
some message the other day from Vienna about it but didn't look at the details.
