PROs are supposed to be dedicated to collecting money due composers,
songwriters and publishers.  That is what PROs promise in the contract you
sign with them.  On one hand talking about Jammie and the PROs is a bit like
talking apples and oranges.  However in both cases the bottom line is the
same -  composers, songwriters, and publishers are not being paid for the
use of their music.  As for the PROs, they ARE being paid by the
broadcasters to use our music.  So which case is more offensive, deserves
more punishment?  I think both cases illustrate lack of care/support for
intellectual property.

You never acknowledged the fact that she was never
fined because she just "enjoys 24 tunes." In fact she
was warned many times not to give OUR music away on
her file sharing program. But, she refused! So, she
